BioI named this journal after my kids because that was mostly what I was going to write about, but since I like to ramble on about stuff, it tends to go through phases of being about nothing much, the spiritual journey, whatever is going on in my life that I need to sort out, complaints, politics and so forth. Writing about things helps me make sense of them.
